Policies

To request a stay at CampComfort Apartments, please fill out the form on the reservation page of this website, a rental agreement will be sent to you via email or postal. You will then send a deposit (the amount will be stated in agreement) along with a signed copy of the agreement to hold your reservation.

CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your reservation you must do so 45 days prior to your reservation date to receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your check in date a 50% refund will be granted. Cancellations under 30 days prior to rental /check in date will not be refunded. There will be no refunds due to shortened stays or early departures for any reasons.

A refundable security deposit of $500.00 will be taken at the time of check-in, to be returned within 2 weeks of departure as long as there are no damages or losses.

SATURDAY CHECK-IN
Check-ins are welcome after 3:00 pm. We will provide you with directions and phone numbers in case of emergencies. We will be available to deliver your keys and a walk-through of your rental to answer any questions and help you settle in.

SATURDAY CHECK-OUT
We will arrive at 10:00 am to inspect and clean the property on Saturday morning. Preparing for incoming guests takes considerable effort that we personally attend to, so we ask that you adhere strictly to the 10:00 am checkout

GENERAL PROPERTY CLEANING
We personally clean the property prior to your arrival and make every effort to ensure you have a great vacation. We ask that you leave the property in the same condition as it was when you arrived. We have provided some general cleaning products under the kitchen sink and a vacuum and broom in the closet for your convenience. Please leave premises clean with dishes washed. A cleaning fee will be accessed from security deposit if apartment is not left in same condition.

AMENITIES
We make every effort to provide you with all of the comforts of home. Each apartment has a Coffee Maker, Microwave, Iron and Ironing Board, Radio, LCD TV, Cable TV, Wireless Internet, DVD Player, pillows, blankets and mattress pads. Each property has other unique amenities as well. A washer/dryer is available in the main house.

The following items are NOT provided: Linens, Towels, Plastic Ware, Paper Goods, Soap, Shampoo, Toilet Paper, Tissues, etc. (Linens and towels are available for an additional fee)

PROPERTY BOUNDARIES
We ask that all of our guests respect the privacy of our neighbors by being mindful of our property boundaries. Please be aware that 1 CampComfort Apartments has 9:00pm -8:00am quiet time for outdoor enjoyment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All of our properties have a set number of guests they can comfortably sleep (Stated in rental agreement). NO subletting allowed.

NO PETS

PLEASE NO SMOKING or VAPING inside apartments

Parking

1 car per apartment. Guests agree to move vehicles if required to let other quest leave the property. Additional parking is available on the street or for fee at nearby lots.

If any appliances should break during your stay, please notify us at 978-502-7967 so they may be repaired or replaced for the next renters.

Please leave the trash in trash bins outside in designated area, we will dispose of the trash at the end of your stay.

At the end of your stay, please lock the doors and leave the keys on the counter.

We accept Visa/Mastercard, cash, certified bank and cashier’s check.
